１．総務部長会議（8月23日開催予定）でのＩＢＭのＥＲＰの扱いについて
（１）チームの一部からは、これまでA社の要望に対するＩＢＭの対応が悪かったことから、A社グループ全体の導入に向けては、もう少し時間をかけて検討する必要がある、との意見が出された。
しかし、私は、A社のグローバル・ビジネスのスピードが速い事、及び、ＩＢＭの対応が大幅に改善されたことを踏まえれば、早期のＥＲＰの導入が必要である事を主張し、メンバーから了解された。

(1) Some part of the team members mentioned that we need consider the introduction towards whole group of Company A further because the support of IBM toward the request from Company A has not been very good so far.
But I insisted that we need to introduce ERP as soon as possible because the speed of global business of Company A is very fast, and because the support of IBM has been dramatically improved, Then my assertion has been approved by the members.
