ケースナンバー●●についてです。
バイヤーからまだ商品が届いていないとしてケースがオープンされたので、郵便局へ調査依頼をだしました。
受取人様に正当に配達されましたという結果が返ってきました。
その結果をケース上に記載しようとしたところ、全額返金以外のボタンが無くなっていました。
私は商品を確かに配送し、その証拠もあるので郵便局からの補償もないため、全額返金は出来ません。
この先どうすれば良いのでしょうか。

I reported an investigation request to the post office. The case was opened because the buyer didn't get the item yet.
it turned out as the status delivered to the receiver.
I wrote the result on the case,all the buttons except "refund all" were gone.
I delivered it properly and I have a proof as well
