ケースナンバー●●についてです。
バイヤーからまだ商品が届いていないとしてケースがオープンされたので、郵便局へ調査依頼をだしました。
受取人様に正当に配達されましたという結果が返ってきました。
その結果をケース上に記載しようとしたところ、全額返金以外のボタンが無くなっていました。
私は商品を確かに配送し、その証拠もあるので郵便局からの補償もないため、全額返金は出来ません。
この先どうすれば良いのでしょうか。

This is regarding the case number ●●.
I gave the post office an investigation request because the case was opened claiming that the product had not yet arrived from the buyer.
They have returned the result report that it was delivered properly to the addressee.
After being going to list the result on a case, the button except the full refund disappeared.
I surely delivered the product and as there is the evidence, and also because there will be no compensation from the post office, I cannot make the full refund.
What should I do after this?
