ケースナンバー●●についてです。
バイヤーからまだ商品が届いていないとしてケースがオープンされたので、郵便局へ調査依頼をだしました。
受取人様に正当に配達されましたという結果が返ってきました。
その結果をケース上に記載しようとしたところ、全額返金以外のボタンが無くなっていました。
私は商品を確かに配送し、その証拠もあるので郵便局からの補償もないため、全額返金は出来ません。
この先どうすれば良いのでしょうか。

In regards to case number⚫️⚫️.
A case was opened due to I haven't received items from a buyer yet and I asked post office investigate.
I got result that items were delivered to a receiver.
I was about to write the result on case, but buttons are gone except full refund.
I sent items for sure and had evidence, but I don't have gurantee from post office and I can't refund you all.
What should I do?
