I think CS means that it does not require a service charge for transaction on eBay. It should be liable to custom duty since it is imported from Japan to the US. I have sold several guitars which is same as yours to customers in the US. I will ask them how much customs were.

I was wondering if the "standard" option available to me was just the "standard shipping" option you mention with the 2-4 week delivery?
