日本のカルチャーがアジアへ！
いまや世界の公用語ともなりつつある「KAWAII」をテーマに、国内から厳選された、今をときめく女性アーティストグループが海外の地に大集結！

2013年5月に香港で初開催し、大好評となったこのイベントは、第２回目を台湾で実施し、今年6月再び香港で開催。

そして2015年1月、昨年に引き続き台湾で開催することとなりました。

Japanese culture launches in Asia!
Based upon "KAWAII" as a theme, which is about to become the global public term nowadays, the female artist groups in the news who are strictly selected from the country all get together at an overseas location!

This event, which was first held in Hong Kong in May 2013 and became very popular held its second event in Taiwan, then repeated back in Hong Kong in June of this year.

And following the last year's event, it will be held in Taiwan again in January 2015.

私が発送前に撮影した画像でも分かる通り、商品の箱は完璧だった
だから破損に驚いている
EMSには商品破損を補償する制度がある
これは差出人、受取人の双方が補償の申請をする必要がある
面倒ではあるが君には地元の郵便局に商品の破損状況の提出する必要がある
ただし、複数あった商品の一部の破損なので、玄寿ではいくらの金額が補償されるか分からない

I have already shipped your item, however I heard from Japan Post its shipping has been in delay due to the operational mistake at their end. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but your patience till its arrvial would be appreciated.

As you can see in the image I have taken prior to shipment, the item's package was perfectly done.
Therefore I am shocked to hear the damage.
EMS has a compensation system too cover the item's damage.
It requires the compensation claim from both the sender and recipient.
I am sorry to trouble you, but you need to go to the local post office for submitting the status of damage on your item.
