次回以降改善するようメーカーとの共有をお願い申し上げます。

以前まではこの脚部分の溶接につきまして特に問題視はしておりませんでしたが、今回は破損が出ていたり、
溶接箇所の仕上げの粗さをお客様に指摘されたりと何かと問題が出ております。

今回破損が出てしまっているものに関しましては弊社にて直せるものは直してみます。

For all our international customer, we will need approve from them in order to process the order because of the freight charge(some international customer ask us to arrange international shipping which is rather expensive) Since you have a US freight forward and a credit card on file, would you like to change your payment term as credit card in default (Your first order was wired). In that case, your future order will be shipped within 1-2 days, which is much faster, but the downside is you will not know the freight cost ahead; however, our domestic freight is really reasonable.

7/23弊社管理倉庫に入荷したインフィニティ商品の280017・280018に不具合がありましたのでご連絡致します。

添付資料ご確認くださいませ。

尚、こちらの錆の件ですが個体差はありますが280017・280018全てに見受けられます。
※添付資料のモノは特にひどい部類になります。

結論から申しますと、今回は弊社にて1点1点錆びを落として販売できるように致します。
なので不良による相殺などのご請求は致しませんが、

This is to notify a defect found for Infiniti products 280017 and 280018 delivered to our warehouse on July 23.

To cut the story short, this time we will try to remove the rust piece by piece and will make them sellable at our end.

製品の作りと箱寸法の改善によりシワ等はほぼ改善されています。
それだけに今回のビスの錆は残念でした。

次回入荷にも280018をオーダーしておりますので早急に改善を宜しくお願い致します。


②背面のビスが錆びだらけでした。必ず錆びてないモノを使用し錆止めを施してください。

We have never had a defect like this in the past, so please let us know why they got rusty so badly this time.
Thanks to the product quality and box diameter, wrinkles are mostly resolved.
Especially for this improvement, the rust issue was disappointing.
We have already placed a subsequent order for 280018, so please resolve the issue ASAP.

(2) The rear screws were covered with rust. Please be sure to use non-rusty screws and apply rust preventive.
