以前にも同様の事象があったようで、その時も受け入れていただいたようです。
申し訳御座いませんが、その時期については不明です。
仰る通り、AについてはBの検査しか行いません。
B検査の規格値は下記の通りです。

A white foreign matter is stuck on the surface of the element (see attached).
There is no more processing we can perform for it, so please allow us to ship as is.
The same incident seems to have occurred in the past and it was accepted then as well.
We are sorry but we do not know when it happened.
As you mentioned, only the inspection B is performed for A.
The specification value for the inspection B is as follows:
Thank you for coordinating the itinerary.
We will arrive in Taiwan on the evening of August 19, and stay overnight in Taipei.
Please set up the appointment at around 13:00 as we will be moving to Tainan on the morning of August 20.
