お客様の申し出に従い貴国のサイトを確認した所、確かに配達済となっていました。しかし日本のサイト上は配達途中となっています。こちらで日本の郵便局へも問い合わせてみます。
以前お伝えした通り商品発送に問題があった点は認めお詫びします。私は貴殿の希望通りラベルを記載しましたので、通関に時間を要した可能性があります。私はお客様を騙す意図は全くなく、商品を確実に届け満足して頂く為最善を尽くします。Aへ報告は残念ですが、最終的に解決が難しい場合は全額返金も含め検討します。別途画像を送ります

Along with your declaration I confirmed your country's website and the item was certainly updated as delivered. On the Japanese website however, it is still showing the item is on its way. I will confirm with japan Post as well.

As I mentioned before, I admit and apologize about the issue found on the shipping. I have listed your label as you requested, so the customs clearance may have taken longer. Deceiving you was not of our intention, so we will do our very best to have the item delivered and satisfy you. Although the report to A was disappointing, we will consider a solution including a full refund in the case where solving the problem is difficult in the end. この度は商品未着でお客様に多大な心配をおかけし申し訳ありません。輸送の問題とはいえ深くお詫び申し上げます。既にお伝えした通り商品は6日に発送済です。追跡番号を確認したところ、お客様の商品は既に日本を発ち英国へ向かっています。日本から貴国へ通常5日~10日で届きますが遅れていると思われます。輸送、通関に問題がなければ遅くとも来週半ばに到着すると思います。恐縮ですが来週迄お待ち頂けないでしょうか。商品には保険をかけておりますので万一紛失の際も同一品の再送または返金対応が可能です

Please accept our sincere apologies for the major inconvenience it has been caused due to the non-delivery of the item for this occasion. Even though it is a transportation issue, we feel terribly sorry. As we informed you already, the item was shipped on 6th. As we confirmed the tracking number, your order has already left Japan for England. It normally takes 5 to 10 days to get to your country from Japan, but the delivery appears to have been delayed. Without any transportation/ customs issues, it should be at your door no later than mid next week or so. I am afraid but would you please wait till then? Your item is insured, so reshipping the same item or full refund is available in case of your item being lost.
