Along with your declaration I confirmed your country's website and the item was certainly updated as delivered. On the Japanese website however, it is still showing the item is on its way. I will confirm with japan Post as well.
As I mentioned before, I admit and apologize about the issue found on the shipping. I have listed your label as you requested, so the customs clearance may have taken longer. Deceiving you was not of our intention, so we will do our very best to have the item delivered and satisfy you. Although the report to A was disappointing, we will consider a solution including a full refund in the case where solving the problem is difficult in the end. With referring of customer, we have checked the website in your country, it is recorded as already delivered . But contrarily the website in Japan says it is not still in the middle of delivery, not yet delivered .We will consult to the Japan Post as well.
