As I mentioned before, I admit and apologize about the issue found on the shipping. I have listed your label as you requested, so the customs clearance may have taken longer. Deceiving you was not of our intention, so we will do our very best to have the item delivered and satisfy you. Although the report to A was disappointing, we will consider a solution including a full refund in the case where solving the problem is difficult in the end.
