本日、ドイツから商品が返送された
日本語で「受取人の請求がなく保管期限が過ぎた」、フランス語でNon reclame＝保管期限が過ぎたと商品に記載されている
バイヤーは書類が不足していると言ったがそんな事はなかった
この問題はただバイヤーが保管期限に商品を受け取らなかっただけだ
その事をはっきりと郵便局が商品に記載されているので画像で確認して欲しい

自分で商品を受取る事を怠ったにも関わらず、セラーに負の評価を与えるのはポリシーに違反していないだろうか？

This is about the the evaluation that I do not understand.
