Is there any risk that the design be stolen by any third party first when I publish the design on the site?

つまり、本サイト上でデザインを公開すると「新規性」が失われるため、第三者はそれを盗用して意匠権を取得することは出来ません。しかし、弊社は6ヵ月以内であれば投稿者に代わり、上記の「例外規定」を活用して意匠権を出願することが可能です。

したがって、意匠権を盗まれるリスクは低いものと考えております。

第三者が先に意匠権を出願した際に、このサイトで公開されていることに気づかれずに登録されてしまうこともあるのではないですか？

In other words, the third party cannot plagiarizes it to acquire the design right because "novelty" is lost when one publish the design on this site. However, we may utilize "the escape clause" mentioned above and apply for the design right for the contributor within less than six months after such publication.

Therefore, we regard that thre is low risk of the design to be stolen.

When a third party apply for the design right earlier, may it not be registered without being noticed that it is shown in this site?

権利を保護するための「意匠権」出願のための要件のひとつに「新規性」があります。ですので、原則は、既に公開されている意匠は意匠登録を受けることができません。

しかし、現実的にはコンペや展覧会への出品等、出願前に意匠が公知になる機会もあるため、意匠登録を受ける権利を有する者（意匠の創作者又はその承継人）であれば、公開してから6ヶ月以内は意匠権を出願することが出来るという「例外規定」があります。

残念ながら、最後に届いたAR1410×6（7913218943)とAR2448×6(7913218931)ですが
前回のように段ボール箱に入っていなかったので、箱が数箱潰れていた。

また、箱に被せるケースも
12個全て付属していなかった。またAR1421のスモールセコンドに不具合があった。
