10486のエラーコードの意味合いとしましては、以下になります。


・入力されたクレジットカード番号が正しくない
・購入者の入力した本人確認のための住所/電話番号などの情報がクレジットカードの登録情報と異なっている
・クレジットカードの利用額限度を超えている
・クレジットカードが何らかの原因で使用できない状況になっている

お手数ですが入力した番号が正しいか再度確認お願いします。

・The entered credit card number is not correct
・The information like address / telephone number for confirming the identification that purchaser entered is different from the registration information of credit card.
