Ebay is such an anonymous place...especially when purchasing from someone thousands of miles away. I'm afraid I owe you an apology as I had no idea somebody could be so quick in Customer Service to have mailed that quickly...but you did...and should be commended for it. It was my mistake that I purchased the wrong version...you were just following through in excellent customer service. I'm afraid I just assumed the seller (you) were just not wanting to cancel the sale. My big mistake. Please accept my apologies...and even though this is not the version I intended to collect...it will sit proudly in my collection to remind me not to jump to conclusions. Ha!

About contract, with the payment term, our accountant said that Vietnamese government don't agree the company receive foreign currency by cash with such that big amount. So please don't put it in the contract. All the payment will be paid by T&T

About sealing machine, it will be ready latest is end of next week, so the processing can start from the week after. As I informed before, for 5100 tons product, we need from 10-15 days to finish. The starting date will up to you. For the document, after ship departure, we need around 2 days to finish and send you. If it's ok, the delivery time of document will be aound 5 days.

Last order was delayed as when we lodged the shipment with FedEx as dangerous goods, they accepted the shipment but then requested we put the shipment through a third party Dangerous goods preparation company (this is what the charge is for). As advised last time, I met the expense for doing this.

I am guessing this was done as I don’t have an account with FedEx myself.

I am happy to continue to meet these charges of A$250.00 per consignment where Hazardous goods are concerned, but my hope is that this may not need to occur as FedEx get to know me. I understand your position based on your experience with other suppliers so I guess I need to fall into line with your established experience.

You described this item as being in nearly perfect condition with minimal signs of use or wear. That is fundamentally untrue. This watch has completely run out of lubricant and this has caused many internal parts of the watch to be damaged. It is incapable of running for more than a few hours without stopping, and the service to repair it costs $1,150. Please either accept this return or send me, via PayPal, enough money to pay the repair costs and return this watch to the condition that you claimed it was in.

Just checked with local EMS, they said it is still in Custom, but they do not have more details. They suggest to check with the sending post office as they maybe able to get more information.

Hello, I received the lens 2 days ago... I have done extensive testing (even micro focus adjustments) since then, and I never get sharp image a f2.8.

I have comparable images from this lens and my DA*300, and it is evident to me that this lens has a focus problem at f2.8. Stopped down at f4, it helps, but I did not bought a f4 lens. This lens is supposed to be sharp at f2.8!

I would like to return the lens and have a refund. What is the process ?

こんにちは。レンズは2日前に受け取りました。以来、詳細に亘り（マイクロフォーカス含む）テストを行っていますが、f2.8に設定した際にピントの合った像を得ることができません。

DA*300を使用した場合とこのレンズの場合で比較可能な画像がありますが、このレンズにはf2.8においてフォーカスに問題があることがはっきりとわかります。f4まで行くと問題は見られませんが、私が購入したのはf2.8でシャープに撮影可能なレンズであり、f4レンズではないはずです。

返品と返金を行いたいのですが、その方法を教えてください。

With Rest of the World selected its not possible to disable certain countries. This is literally saying "all countries" are ok to ship to as a group (and one set of rates). The setup only happens one time for a store typically so for your case you will want to add the countries that you will be shipping to (and research the rates, customs requirements etc).

You can add countries in groups however, such as Europe, North America and delete specific countries as needed. I think this is what you are trying to accomplish.

Another option is not only enable specific countries such as Canada, USA and UK and modify the no shipping rate message to say "Contact us for a customized shipping quote"

So I have checked the item: it works well and the glass does not seem to have any scratch, but I was surprised to see that the "few dust" you mention in the "Photosystem" are indeed within the optics... I didn't think it was even possible.
In the tests I have done I haven't been able to see any effect yet, I just hope it will not show up at a bad time.
Anyway the item is as advertised and I keep it, thank you !
