Just checked with local EMS, they said it is still in Custom, but they do not have more details. They suggest to check with the sending post office as they maybe able to get more information.

地元のEMSに確認しましたが、まだ税関で止まっているという以上の詳細は分からないとのことです。代わりに、発送した郵便局に確認してみればもう少し詳しくわかるのでは、と提案を受けました。
