買い手は商品が届いていないとゆう理由で、a-to-zクレームを申請しました。ですが我々が提供した追跡番号でお届け済みとなっています。そして英語の説明書がないとの主張に関して、我々は商品説明に日本語の説明書であると記載しております。以前この買い手から悪い評価を受けましたが、不当な評価とゆう理由を申し出たところ、無事に削除してもらいました。我々は買い手の不満を解消するために、できる限りの対応をしてきました。もちろん買い手から返品の要求があれば対応します。

Both black and sunburst ones are in excellent condition, though they are more than 40 years old.
We, however, recommend getting the sunburst one.

The reason is that sunburst ones are seldom sold even in the used guitar market in Japanese.
If this one gets sold, I don't know when we'll have another one in stock.
Also, its powerful sound is really impressive and will make you doubt that it's a medium-scale one.

鑿について説明不足があったので説明する
鑿本体に彫られている文字と、柄に貼られているシールの文字が違うが、これには理由がある（鑿はyoshihiroではなくkanehiro製である）
鑿は金物屋で販売されいたが、当時の店主がシールの貼り間違えをしてしまったが誰も気が付かなかった（文字が似ていたので）
もし君が不満であるなら私は喜んで取引キャンセルを受け入れる

Let me tell you more about the Japanese chisel, since I didn't explain it well enough.
The characters engraved on the chisel and the characters on the sticker on the handle are different, and there is a reason. (The chisel was manufactured by Kanehiro, instead of Yoshihiro.)
When the chisel was sold at an ironmonger's shop, the shop owner put the wrong sticker on it, and no one realized it (because the characters looked alike.)
If you feel unsatisfied with this, I'd be willing to accept the cancellation of the transaction.
