買い手は商品が届いていないとゆう理由で、a-to-zクレームを申請しました。ですが我々が提供した追跡番号でお届け済みとなっています。そして英語の説明書がないとの主張に関して、我々は商品説明に日本語の説明書であると記載しております。以前この買い手から悪い評価を受けましたが、不当な評価とゆう理由を申し出たところ、無事に削除してもらいました。我々は買い手の不満を解消するために、できる限りの対応をしてきました。もちろん買い手から返品の要求があれば対応します。

The buyer filed an a-to-z claim, saying that his/her order had not arrived yet. But according to the reference number we provided, it is already delivered. He/she also complained that there was no English manual, but we made it clear in the product description that the manual would be in Japanese. Previously, we received a negative review from this buyer, and we told him/her that it was an unreasonable review, and he/she agreed to delete it. We have done everything to meet the complaint of the buyer. If the buyer requests a return, we will of course accept it.

The buyer applied the a-to-z complaint for the reason the item has not arrived. However, according to the tracking number we provided, the item has already delivered. Also, for the claim that it does not have an English manual, we clearly stated on the description that the manual is in Japanese. We got rated negatively from the buyer before, and when we reported it was inappropriate rate, we had it deleted without problems. In order to solve the dissatisfaction of the buyer, we worked on that as much as possible. Of course when the buyer requests the return, we will deal with that.
