Fully operational. Includes built in MM phono stage. Includes original manual. Original McIntosh box for shipping. Very good condition. The glass is scratch free and great, with the exception of a very small crack in the bottom right corner barely detectible and which should not deter you at all (once I installed the unit I forgot about it, or if it really bothers you it can be replaced). If you are like me and you can't not stand having to get up every time you want to change the volume, but you can't afford the more expensive models, this preamp is for you. As depicted in the rear photo, a few of the RCA connectors are a bit deformed, but it does not affect the operation of the unit at all.
