私は2009年より香港に3年間駐在し、CauseWayBayにすし店、Centralに鉄板焼店を立ち上げました。
当時培った法人設立、物件探し、サプライヤー構築、広告戦略の経験を生かし日本企業の香港進出をサポートしたいと思い、当社を設立しました。
一方日本に帰国後不動産会社を設立し今年で１０年目を迎えます。
こちらに経験も生かして、双方の不動産サービスを展開していきたい思っております。

I lived in Hongkong for 3 years starting 2009, and started up a sushi place in Causeway Bay and a teppanyaki restaurant in Central.
I established a corporate body that I fostered at the time, found items, and made use of my experience to build a supplier network and marketing strategies. I thought I would like to support the progress in Hongkong of Japanese businesses, so I set up this company.
On the other hand, after I returned home to Japan, I established a real estate company and it is nearing its 10th year this year. I have made use of my experience here as well, and thought to develop real estate services for both parties.

住所の部屋番号を記入し忘れていたので、本人確認が完了しません。
住所を変更しようとしてもグレーアウトして出来ません。
ヘルプの方に住所の変更をお願いしたのですが3日経っても変わっていません。

I forgot the room number of my address so the confirmation by the addressee is not completed.

矛盾するようないろんな自分が混在している
加えて今日の自分と明日の自分も違う

会社/事業はその人に投資をしている
その人が会社にいい影響を与えているかを判断したい
けど、「人」について評価することは無意味

It's assessment time so naturally I have something important to say.

I am different people mixed together like an inconsistency.
In addition, today's me and tomorrow's me are different.
In other words, I don't know me nor my parents.
Therefore I don't expect other people to understand.

The company/work has invested in this person.
We want to say that this person gives good influence to the company.
But, the assessment has no meaning when it comes to "being a person"

"Correctness" is only in the number of people

It is important to compare with this in order to assess.

It's important to do a lot of hard stuff in order to live on what one likes.
Notice that it's impossible to keep living "only" on what one likes
In other words, it's not fun to do work if you can't come to like the hard stuff

People think that one is good at this sort of thing or reversely, this is something I'm bad at/I don't want to do
When we fly away from that framework, we take a leap of faith.

両者は相反しているようで、同じことを言っている
与えられた仕事をやってると、好きなことが見えてきたりする

ひたすらミッションに向けて邁進すれば
自ずと未来が切り拓けてくる
当社はそういう場所

(In short, "work that I want to do" and the "work I will do" and "the work that I make" and "the work that I was given" are equally important)
Both things are saying the same thing while conflicting
By doing the job that you were given you will come to see it as something you like.

(Therefore, when it comes to self-realization, one should not think that it is too difficult)
Place yourself in a place with considerable change and a lot of good friendships
If you strive towards the mission
then a path will be cleared to your future

AからBが取り外せないとのことですが、対処法としてBossに潤滑油を垂らしながら六角レンチでBをゆっくり回してください。それでも外れない場合は、恐らくボルトが齧ってしまっていると思います。
液体窒素をBossにかけてください。Bossが冷気で収縮するので外れるかもしれません。
または、Bを壊して無理やり外してください。
齧っている場合、ネジ山はもう駄目になっているので、修正は難しい状況です。
新しくAを作るか、ネジ穴を完全に埋めて使ってください。使用上は問題無いと考えています。

B cannot be taken from A, however. as a method of disposal, please drip lubricant on the Boss while slowly rotating a hexagonal wrench. If it still doesn't work, I think the bolt has probably eaten through..
Please pour liquid nitrogen on the Boss. The cold air will make the Boss shrink so you can take it out, maybe.
