- As we have no extra margin in the manufacturing process regarding advancing the delivery date of the ordered items, we will cope with that by working on Saturdays and Sundays. So, we can make approximately 10 pieces at the best. If the particular defect is not due to our mistake, we may charge you the expense for urgent support, including the labor cost on Saturdays and Sundays.

Aにフェルトガスケットを付けているということは、不良が起きたのは開梱時ではないと思いますが、開梱時の製品写真はありませんか？（ガスケット無しの状態での写真 等）

また、梱包状態の写真はございませんか。（段ボールの潰れや、袋が破けている 等が無かったかを確認したいです。）
※梱包状態は１ヶ１ヶ袋に入れて段ボール（内箱）に入れた後、更に内箱4箱を外箱1箱に梱包しています。

The lot of the product has turned out to be 〇〇 from the engraved mark shown in the picture.
According to the manufacturing history, there is no issue.

I don't think the defect was made when the package was opened because the felt gasket was put on A, but don't you have the picture taken when the package was opened? (the picture showing it without the gasket etc.)

Also don't you have the picture showing the package is opened? (I would like to confirm whether the cardboard box is damaged or not and whether the bag is broken or not,)
※ The products are put in a bag respectively for each, and they are put in the cardboard box (inner box). Furthermore, four inner boxes are packed in one outer box.

You can submit either the combination of picture image 1 and 2 or the combination of 3 and 4.
As the sample picture just illustrates the image, you can still largely change it.

非造影CTでは腫瘤は高吸収に見えます。腫瘍は肝と比較し低吸収を呈したとのことだが、正常頸部甲状腺とは同様の吸収値だったのか。
提示画像に個人情報の一部が残っている。冠状断像の撮像phaseが記載されてない。CT画像が全体的にムラがあり、解像度も低い印象です。
なぜ良性腫瘍だったのに急激に増大が疑われるのか？一般的に増大傾向があるものなのか？
生検で良性で、症状がなければ経過観察でよいものなのか？
頸部甲状腺結節はUSのみで、生検なしに悪性度が低いと判断したのか？根拠が不明確である。

The tumor looks highly absorbed on the non-contrast CT image. It is said that the tumor showed lower absorption compared with the lever, but was it the same level of absorption as the one of the normal cervical thyroid?
