ダメージレポートは待っていても届くものではございません。

According to the reply from Japan Post, the damage report in US side has not been submitted yet.
The damage report does to arrive at you by just crossing your finger and waiting for it.

正確な由来は知らないのですが、8月13日から16日の間に、故人の霊が帰ってくるという風習になっています。
今年は、妻の父が亡くなったので、いわゆる初盆と言い、近所の人たちが入れ替わり立ち替わり、線香を上げに来てくれます。

PACKAGE DETAILS が "Toys and parts thereof" となっていて、何の商品が届いたのか不明です。荷物番号△△を調べてみたのですが、何の荷物なのか確認できませんでした。そのため私は2ドルを支払い写真を確認してみました。しかし、商品パッケージの一部しか写っておらず、商品の詳細を確認することができませんでした。

Therefore I paid two dollars to confirm the picture, but only some part of the package of the item was shown, so I could not check the details of the item.

The iron plate needs to be 110cm in length, 2.5cm or more in the width and 6mm or more in the thickness.
The screws need to bee 2cm in length, and use them in every 5cm distance, and use 23 screws per one piece.
(46 screws in total per one table)

(2) Also, there were both items with and without breakage in the back among the items delivered this time,
but please make sure to produce them in uniformed way which makes less distortion.

The process is that I send the item to the delivery agency, and the delivery agency will send the item to you.
After that, the tracking number is informed to me by e-mail.
As the item is already shipped, we cannot cancel it.
If you return the item back to me, I will issue a refund.
My shipping policy is that the shipment is made within ten business days, so I perfectly follow the rule.
