赤ちゃんがねんねの時期は、コタツは避けた方が良いです。
赤ちゃんがコタツにいつから入れるのか、その時期は自力移動が可能になる生後半年以降。

体が小さく体温調節が未熟な赤ちゃんだと、体が暖まり過ぎて、冬でも脱水になる危険性があるので、赤ちゃんとコタツに入るときは、温度設定を弱にして、赤ちゃんの様子を見ながら暖まりましょう。

While your baby is less than six months and sleep s most of the time, you should avoid using Kotatsu. You’d better wait until the baby start moving by themselves.

Being immature and tiny, it is difficult to adjust body temperature automatically. They might get over heated which will cause dehydration. When you use Kotatsu with a baby, switch to low temperature and observe the baby carefully.

猫に関しても、健康な成猫であればそれほど高い頻度で起こる事故ではありませんが、高齢猫や幼猫の場合は脱水や熱中症には注意が必要なので、長時間こたつにあたり続けないよう、時々コタツの中を覗いて確認してあげてください。

Regarding cats, if the cat is adult and healthy enough, there won’t be a much trouble. However, older cats and kittens might get dehydration or over-heat. So check inside regularly to avoid if the cat stays inside too long.

○Melting Deviceを使用した時の作業手順
1.イン側のボルトを2本残してはずす。2本は緩めた後、軽く当たるまで締める。
　アウト側のボルトはすべてはずす。
2.アウトレットカバーをはずして、治具を使用して吊り上げる
3.Melting Deviceで加熱し、バンドルを引き抜く
4.ハウジングをMelting Deviceから取り出し、インレットカバーと分解する。

Work procedure using Melting Device

1) Unscrew all the bolts from “IN” except two of the bolts. Loosen two remaining bolts then tighten again lightly until it touches the other end. Unscrew all the bolts from “OUT”.
2) Remove outlet cover and lift using a jig.
3) Heat with Melting Device, then pull out the bundle.
4) Take out the housing from Melting Device, then take it apart from inlet cover.

薬液洗浄の目的は、熱処理で出る可能性のある炭化物等の除去を行うためです。
なぜこの2種類の薬液を使うかと言うと、今までの経験で一番効果が出たからです。

メンブレンの状態をみて、合格か不合格を決めます。
上段の写真は、メンブレンが着色していたり、異物が多いのがわかると思います。
これは不合格品となり、再度洗浄を行います。どの工程からやり直すかは、別途技術部と協議して決めています。
下段の写真が合格品です。

The aim to wash with medicinal solution is to get rid of carbide etc. possibly created by heat treatment. We use these two kinds of medicinal solutions because they were the most effective so far.

We will observe the membrane and decide acceptable or not.
The photo above shows the membrane with stains and foreign matters as you can see.
It is a reject and need to be washed again.
We consult technical division to decide from what stage we should start again.
The photo below is an acceptable.
