recognizeは普通に使うと「見覚えのある」「記憶にある」といった意味合いです。

'live-version' という言葉はあまり使わないような・・・？ 'concert version'とかかも知れませんが、自信がありません。

*fulltimeは正社員などの「正」の意味合いがあります。ようはほとんどの時間を費やすという意味あいなので、ここでは「本格的に」と訳してみました。

とりあえず直訳に近いものだと、

ただ、これだと少し丁寧過ぎるので、
That does it. （もう耐えられない、堪忍袋の緒が切れた、といった意味）
使い方によりますが、「それを言っちゃあお終えよ」的なシチュエーションで使えば、
「あーあ、言っちゃった。もー、お終いだ。」といったニュアンスになるかと。

* 「お世話になっております」も「ありがとうございました」も、両方「Thank you for～」ではじまるため、省きました。英語ではこういった挨拶的な文は基本的に１行で済ませるケースが多いですし。

** 「どうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます」をただの「敬具」に置き換えました。「Best regards」は結語の中で最も「よろしく」的な意味が強い言葉ですが、ただしニュアンスが非常にカジュアルです。同じ「敬具」ならば、一般的な「sincerely（心から）」や「faithfully（誠実に）」、もしくはへりくだって「obediently（従順に）」の方が良いかも知れません。
