今までは全ての商品に追跡番号がついていませんでした。
今後は全ての商品に対して追跡番号をつけて発送し、常に配送状況が把握できる体制を整えました。



また、商品が届かないとバイヤーから連絡が入った場合は、追跡番号を確認してバイヤーへ詳細な配送状況を連絡致します。
また、追跡不能な場合が発生した場合は新しい商品を48時間以内に発送して対応致します。
再配送料は当社にて負担致します。

そして一部の船便を撤廃して今後はすべて航空便（ems,eパケット）で追跡番号を
つけて発送致します。

Ab jetzt werden wir alle Produkte mit einer Sendungsnummer versenden. Zusätzlich haben wir ein System eingeführt, das den Lieferstatus jederzeit abfragen kann.

Darüber hinaus, falls wir einen Bericht vom Käufer bekommen, dass die Ware nicht zugestellt wurde, können wir mit der Sendungsnummer die Einzelheiten der Lieferung überprüfen und den Kunden über den aktuellen Status informieren.

Sollten wir zu der Sendungsnummer keine näheren Informationen bekommen, werden wir innerhalb von 48 Stunden eine neue Ware an den Käufer rauschicken.
