私たちは一週間のWSでソーシャルアントレプレナーとはなにか、どのような人たちがステークホルダーとなるか、リーダーとはどうあるべきかといったことを学びました。
ワークショップを通じて私は、ソーシャルアントレプレナーとは、現在解決しなければならない社会的課題に取り組み、新しいビジネスモデルを提案し実行することのできる人と考えました。
それは企業だけではなく、社会的課題をわかりやすい形で明らかにし、事業活動として新しい仕組みを提案することのできる属する人ならだれでも可能です。

In workshop for a week, we learned what is a social entrepreneur, what kind of people would be steakholders, how the leaders should behave.
I think a social entreprenuer is who works on the social problems we have to solve now and can make proposals and carry out new business models.
Anyone can do these even who are not in a company, only if they are in a kind of group, can clear up the social problems, and propose a new system as a business.

We learned from this one-week work shop on what social entrepreneurs are, what sort of people can become a stakeholder, and how leaders should be.
Through this work shop, I thought about what kind of person can be an ideal social entrepreneur, and I think, that is a person who tackles social problems that have to be solved immediately and who also can propose and carry out new business models.
Social entrepreneurship is not only for companies. Any individuals who are able to clarify social challenges in a clear manner and to propose a new mechanism as a business activity can work as a social entrepreneur.
Through this work shop, I thought about what kind of person can be an ideal social entrepreneur, and I think, that is a person who tackles social problems that have to be solved immediately and who also can propose and carry out new business models.
Social entrepreneurship is not only for companies. Any individuals who are able to clarify social challenges in a clear manner and to propose a new mechanism as a business activity can work as a social entrepreneur.

During the week in WS taught us what is social entrepreneur, what kind of people become stakeholder, and how leaders should be.
Throughout the workshop, I realized social entrepreneurs are someone who came to grips with social subject which presently needed to be solved . And also who are able to provide and make an action for new business models.
It does not need be companies. It is possible for everyone , who can point out social subject in easy content and have ability to provide new structure for project activities.

重要なのは、一般のベンチャーやボランティアとも異なるソーシャル・アントレプレナーシップを持つということです。
また、ソーシャルアントレプレナーのもたらすソーシャルイノベーションは、単に技術的な革新というよは、社会サービスの提供の新しい仕組みであったり、さらに人と人との関係性の変化という点に注目する必要があるとおもいます。
ステークホルダーのセッションでは、私たちが組むべき相手はどこなのかということを改めて考え直す必要があることを感じました。

Important thing is to have social entrepreneurship that differ from general venture or a volunteer.
Also socail innovation that caused by social entrepreneurship is not a simple technical innovation, but a new system that provide social service. And we may need to focus on the point that a change of relation between people.
On the session of stakeholder, I felt that we have to reconsider who we must team up with,onece more.

It is important to have social entrepreshipneur which is different from both ordinally venture companies or volunteers.
Then, social innovation thanks to social is not just technical innovation, but paid attention in that it is the new system of social service provision or it changes the relationship among people.
In the stakeholder's session, we though we have to think over which company to make a deal with.

The important thing is to have entrepreneurship different from general volunteer organization or venture business.
However, entrepreneurship leads social innovation,not only as technical revolution, yet as structure to provide new social service. So, I believe, eying on change of relationship become also important.
The session for stakeholder made us feel that it is necessary to think over once again where our target are.

日本に戻った後に私たちのプロジェクトにはどのようなステークホルダーがいるのかをリサーチし、どのように組めばいいのかを考えたいと思います。
また、ペチャクチャプレゼンテーションでは、私たちのプロジェクトと関係性の強いプロジェクト、〇〇が作っている太陽光パネルのシステムがありました。
私たちはオープントークセッションで〇〇が話したように、それぞれの持ち味を活かし、お互いがどうコラボレーションできるかを話すこともできました。

We are conducting a research on what kind of steakholders are around our project and thinking how we work with after going back to Japan.
And in the pecha-kucha presentation, there was a solar panel system project by ○○ that is related to our project.
As ○○ talked in open talk session, we could talk about how we collaborate making most of each other.

After our return to Japan, we will do research on what kind of stake-holder and consider about how to approach.
However, in Pechacucha presentation, we seen a project for solar panel system which quite related to our project.
As OO said in Open-Talk-Session, we had a opportunity to discuss how to collaborate each other with making most of our ability.
