私たちは一週間のWSでソーシャルアントレプレナーとはなにか、どのような人たちがステークホルダーとなるか、リーダーとはどうあるべきかといったことを学びました。
ワークショップを通じて私は、ソーシャルアントレプレナーとは、現在解決しなければならない社会的課題に取り組み、新しいビジネスモデルを提案し実行することのできる人と考えました。
それは企業だけではなく、社会的課題をわかりやすい形で明らかにし、事業活動として新しい仕組みを提案することのできる属する人ならだれでも可能です。
We learned from this one-week work shop on what social entrepreneurs are, what sort of people can become a stakeholder, and how leaders should be.
Through this work shop, I thought about what kind of person can be an ideal social entrepreneur, and I think, that is a person who tackles social problems that have to be solved immediately and who also can propose and carry out new business models.
Social entrepreneurship is not only for companies. Any individuals who are able to clarify social challenges in a clear manner and to propose a new mechanism as a business activity can work as a social entrepreneur.
重要なのは、一般のベンチャーやボランティアとも異なるソーシャル・アントレプレナーシップを持つということです。
また、ソーシャルアントレプレナーのもたらすソーシャルイノベーションは、単に技術的な革新というよは、社会サービスの提供の新しい仕組みであったり、さらに人と人との関係性の変化という点に注目する必要があるとおもいます。
ステークホルダーのセッションでは、私たちが組むべき相手はどこなのかということを改めて考え直す必要があることを感じました。
Important thing is to have social entrepreneurship that differ from general venture or a volunteer.
Also socail innovation that caused by social entrepreneurship is not a simple technical innovation, but a new system that provide social service. And we may need to focus on the point that a change of relation between people.
On the session of stakeholder, I felt that we have to reconsider who we must team up with,onece more.
日本に戻った後に私たちのプロジェクトにはどのようなステークホルダーがいるのかをリサーチし、どのように組めばいいのかを考えたいと思います。
また、ペチャクチャプレゼンテーションでは、私たちのプロジェクトと関係性の強いプロジェクト、〇〇が作っている太陽光パネルのシステムがありました。
私たちはオープントークセッションで〇〇が話したように、それぞれの持ち味を活かし、お互いがどうコラボレーションできるかを話すこともできました。
After returning to Japan, we would like to think about what sort of stakeholders are there for our project and how we should cooperate with them.
Also, at the chatting presentation, we saw the solar panel system produced by
( ) a project which is very related to ours.
As ( ) said in the open talk session, we were able to talk about how we make the most of the natural abilities of each individuals and how we can promote collaboration each other.
*ペチャクチャプレゼンテーションとは何ですか？「おしゃべり」という意味ですか？一応、おしゃべりという意味で訳しましたが、間違えていたら訂正します。
活動拠点は異なるので、メールでのコミュニケーションとなりますが、実現できるようにがんばりたいと思います。
この一週間は本当に刺激的でした。
ここにいる仲間たちは本当に最高の仲間です。
