私たちは一週間のWSでソーシャルアントレプレナーとはなにか、どのような人たちがステークホルダーとなるか、リーダーとはどうあるべきかといったことを学びました。
ワークショップを通じて私は、ソーシャルアントレプレナーとは、現在解決しなければならない社会的課題に取り組み、新しいビジネスモデルを提案し実行することのできる人と考えました。

それは企業だけではなく、社会的課題をわかりやすい形で明らかにし、事業活動として新しい仕組みを提案することのできる属する人ならだれでも可能です。

In workshop for a week, we learned what is a social entrepreneur, what kind of people would be steakholders, how the leaders should behave.
I think a social entreprenuer is who works on the social problems we have to solve now and can make proposals and carry out new business models.
Anyone can do these even who are not in a company, only if they are in a kind of group, can clear up the social problems, and propose a new system as a business.
