A little while ago, i returned 9 pcs by mail and asked you to make a refund for them, but return and a full refund is OK and partial big refund for poor quality instead of return is also OK.
There are many disappointing items such that pinkfire shining is weak or little, the stone is cloudy or backside is cracked.
I cannot use them.
Please take either countermeasure.

I asked for a refund for 9 pieces shortly before but I will also accept either “return & refund” or ask for a partial refund after a great discount for the worse quality without returning.

but you can select return product & refund or not return product instead of big discount for that to return also OK.
There are a lot of disappointing products such as shining power of pinkfire is weak or little and not clear the stone or lack of backside.
I can not use it.

I contacted you, by email earlier, about a request of returning 9 pieces and a refund, but I would not mind if you could refund for a returned or grant me a big discount for the poor quality without a return.
