残念な商品が多いです。

I contacted you, by email earlier, about a request of returning 9 pieces and a refund, but I would not mind if you could refund for a returned or grant me a big discount for the poor quality without a return.

There were many articles with poor shine (pinkfire, for example) or muddy stones or chipped stone on the back side.
I can't unfortunately use them.
