ログデータのタイムスタンプが日本時間より9時間ずれてしまっています。
例えば現在画面上で10月16日 0:00:00と見えているデータが，アーカイブされたログでは10月15日 15:00:00になっています。
アーカイブされたデータのタイムスタンプを日本時間に直すにはどのように設定すれば良いでしょうか？
また，アーカイブされたログが複数のgzipファイルに分かれている理由を教えて下さい。

For example, 0:00:00 October 16th on the screen at this moment is 15:00:00 October 15th is on the logo archived.

For instance, on the image of the current indication, it says “0:00:00” on the 16th of October, but archived log says “15:00:00” on the 15th of October.
