以下のURLを参考にWindowsのログアーカイブを行っているのですが，実際にアーカイブされる
ログデータのタイムスタンプが日本時間より9時間ずれてしまっています。
例えば現在画面上で10月16日 0:00:00と見えているデータが，アーカイブされたログでは10月15日 15:00:00になっています。
アーカイブされたデータのタイムスタンプを日本時間に直すにはどのように設定すれば良いでしょうか？
また，アーカイブされたログが複数のgzipファイルに分かれている理由を教えて下さい。

I am archiving Windows logs by referring to the URL below, but the time stamps of the log data that is actually archived are off by 9 hours from Japan time.
For example, data currently displayed on the screen at 0:00:00 on October 16,however the actual is at 15:00:00 on October 15 in the archived log.
How do I set the timestamp of archived data to japan time?
Also, please tell me the reason why archived logs are divided into multiple zip files.
