以下のURLを参考にWindowsのログアーカイブを行っているのですが，実際にアーカイブされる
ログデータのタイムスタンプが日本時間より9時間ずれてしまっています。
例えば現在画面上で10月16日 0:00:00と見えているデータが，アーカイブされたログでは10月15日 15:00:00になっています。
アーカイブされたデータのタイムスタンプを日本時間に直すにはどのように設定すれば良いでしょうか？
また，アーカイブされたログが複数のgzipファイルに分かれている理由を教えて下さい。

I am making log archives of Windows by using the following URL as reference. The time stamp of the logo data archived is different by 9hours by Japan times.
For example, 0:00:00 October 16th on the screen at this moment is 15:00:00 October 15th is on the logo archived.
How do I set to change the time stamp of the data archived to Japan times?
In addition, would you let me know the reason that archived log is divided into several gzip files?
