Is "previous package" referring to items ordered the first time?
The items ordered the first time didn't arrive,
as I have said before.
I'll contact you if it does indeed arrive,
but I think it's already lost.
The status says it's already delivered,
but it didn't arrive to my house.

Does "previous package mean the order for the first time?
The ordered item has not been reached me as I had told you.
If it arrives me, I will let you know but I suppose it would have been lost.
The status says it had been delivered, it has not been arrived here yet.

Is your saying “previous package″ an item at first order, right?
If so, the first ordered item hasn't arrived yet, as I have told you before.
I will notify you if the item will be delivered but I think it has been missing.
As the status says it has been completed but it isn't yet delivered to me.
Please check it one more time.
