I think it seems to be bad effect that it become difficult to send money to abroad from all of Japanese bank from this April.
As tomorrow is Japanese national holiday, I will go to customer service window to the bank to inquiry on Thursday.

I am sorry to what you have not confirmed the money transfer although I have definetitly sent money on 15th April.
