4/15に送金したのですがまだ着金が確認できていないとの事で、ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございません。
4月から日本の銀行全てで海外送金が厳しくなった影響かと思います。明日は日本の祝日なので木曜日に送金手続きした銀行の窓口に問合せに行きます。
あなたも入金が確認できず心配ですし私も心配です。
提案なのですが、ペイパルかカード決済を導入して頂けませんか?もし手数料がかかることで危惧されているのであれば、手数料上乗せで請求してください。そのほうがお互い安心だと思います。ご検討ください。

I have already sent money on 15th April but I am sorry for inconvenience because you have not confirmed receive yet.
I think it seems to be bad effect that it become difficult to send money to abroad from all of Japanese bank from this April.
As tomorrow is Japanese national holiday, I will go to customer service window to the bank to inquiry on Thursday.
You are worried because can not confirm receive money and I am also worried.
And I have some suggestion, could you introduce Paypal or card settlement?
If you are concerned about additional fee, please charge to me including it.
I think it will make us relieved.
