4/15に送金したのですがまだ着金が確認できていないとの事で、ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございません。
4月から日本の銀行全てで海外送金が厳しくなった影響かと思います。明日は日本の祝日なので木曜日に送金手続きした銀行の窓口に問合せに行きます。
あなたも入金が確認できず心配ですし私も心配です。
提案なのですが、ペイパルかカード決済を導入して頂けませんか?もし手数料がかかることで危惧されているのであれば、手数料上乗せで請求してください。そのほうがお互い安心だと思います。ご検討ください。

I am sorry to what you have not confirmed the money transfer although I have definetitly sent money on 15th April.
I am expecting the enforcement of the rule of money transfer to abroad in Japan which is carried out from the beginning of April is influencing to my payment. I will go to the bank to ask about the detail of the delay on Thursday because Wednesday is a bank holiday.
