Sharon
A is not in Tokyo and is working in Osaka.
As the reason he works in Osaka is that A has to take care of his family for nursing care, I think that he cannot be transferred to another place or change his job.
We are grateful that you are checking A's transfer to subsidiary abroad, but we as human resources department would like to let him stay under the current condition.
Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Please excuse me for my belated response.
Currently, A has relocated from Tokyo to Osaka and does his business there.
The reason of relocation is due to his need to support his family. I don't believe he would be able to take any actions such as relocation or career change for the time being.
It is appreciated that you would negotiate A's transfer to the overseas subsidiary, but as the HR department, we would like to ask you to leave him alone for now.
Your kind understanding is appreciated.
Currently, Mr. A is working at a base in Osaka instead of Tokyo.
The reason for moving the base is to provide caregiving to Mr. A's family, so it seems that Mr. A cannot take any action such as relocation or change of job for the time being.
Thanks to Mr./Ms. Sharon for asking about Mr. A's transfer to an overseas subsidiary, I'm thankful about it and as personnel from human resource department I would like to request not to give trouble to Mr. A .
We appreciate your understanding.
Currently, Mr. A is working in Osaka not in Tokyo.
The reason for transferring the base is for the care of Mr. A's family caregiver, so Mr. A is not supposed to be able to take action such as transfer or change job for the time being.
I would like to ask Mr. A's Sharon to move to an overseas subsidiary, but now I'm thinking of the human resources department to keep Mr. A quiet and raise it.
Thank you for your understanding.
Currently, A works in Tokyo, not in Osaka.
The reason for moving the base is to take care of his/her family. Therefore, it is impossible for A to take action such as relocation or job change for the time being.
It is an honor to receive an offer about Mr. A's transfer to an overseas subsidiary from you. However, as a personnel department, I think it is too early for him to take actions. so I would like you to leave him alone.
Thank you for your understanding.
