現在、Aさんは東京ではなく大阪に拠点を移して仕事しています
拠点を移した理由はAさんのご家族の介護対応のためですので、当面Aさんは転勤や転職といったアクションは起こせないと思われます
こういったAさんの海外子会社への異動の打診をSharonさんから頂くのはありがたいですが、今はAさんをそっとしておいて上げてほしいと人事部門としては考えています

Currently, A works in Tokyo, not in Osaka.
