この包丁を作った職人に確認しました。
包丁の柄は、ネジで固定してあります。
一度、ネジを外して、包丁の柄の位置を調節してから締め直してください。
その際に、強く締め過ぎると、柄が破損する恐れがありますので注意してください。
もしも、破損してしまった場合は、柄だけを送る事が出来ますので連絡をください。（有料です）
今回の原因について、税関でネジを外して検査した際に、再度締め直した時にズレてしまったのだと思います。
問題が解決しない場合は、再度連絡をください。
