この包丁を作った職人に確認しました。
包丁の柄は、ネジで固定してあります。
一度、ネジを外して、包丁の柄の位置を調節してから締め直してください。
その際に、強く締め過ぎると、柄が破損する恐れがありますので注意してください。
もしも、破損してしまった場合は、柄だけを送る事が出来ますので連絡をください。（有料です）

今回の原因について、税関でネジを外して検査した際に、再度締め直した時にズレてしまったのだと思います。

問題が解決しない場合は、再度連絡をください。

Could you please unscrew it to adjust the position of the knife handle, and put the screw back?
When you do so, if you screw it too tight, it may break the handle, so please be aware of it.
In case of breaking the handle, I can send the handle part, so please let me know. (subject to additional fee)

I assume that the problem happened because the custom didn't put the part back correctly after they unscrew the handle to check the knife.
