Re: 2017年分給与の支払いについて
昨年、合意したように、2015年10月30日付けのコンサルティング契約に基づき、彼の2017年分給与として、下記の金額を2018年1月中にお支払い下さいますようお願いします。
2017年1年間のコンサルタント料500,000円、及び、ＮＥＣ社に対するリスク管理のための新たなモジュール獲得に関する成功報酬55,000円（年間契約金額$10,000×110￥/$×５％＝55,000円）の合計、555,000円。
Re: As for 2017's salary payment.
Last year, as agreed, based on consulting contract on 30 October 2015, as his 2017's salary, please pay the following amount of money during January 2018.
Consulting fee for one year in 2017: 500,000 yen, and 55,000 yen for success fee to get new module to mage risks against NEC company (Annual contract amount $10,000x110/$x5% = 55,000 yen), total 555,000 yen.
