以前購入した商品Aですが、
1台、初期不良(USB接続部分の接触不良)がありました。
USBケーブルを接続してもLEDが点灯せず、バッテリーの充電ができない状態です。
交換もしくは返品等の対応をしていただくことは可能でしょうか。

商品Bはいつごろ発売予定ですか。
商品Bの納期と価格を教えてください。
商品Cですが、提示していただいた価格での購入は難しいです。

Regarding the item A which I bought before, one of them had an initial defect. (a contact failure in USB connection part)
Even when the USB cable is connected, LED does not turn on and the battery cannot be charged.
Would it be possible for you to accept exchanging or returning the item?
