24時間で4分のずれが生じているということでしょうか。
こうしたケースは、日付と時刻合わせが正確にされていない場合に起こることがあります。
別添ファイルの取扱説明書のp40に記載の方法でもう一度日付と時刻合わせを試みていただけないでしょうか。特に④のところに注意してください。正確な時刻よりも4～5分進めてから、逆に戻すようにしてください。日付と時刻合わせをしてみても、改善しない場合は、ご連絡ください。よろしくお願いします。

I received a request of returning the item today.
Does it mean that there is 4 minute difference by 24 hours?
This kind of problem sometimes happens when date and time are not matched correctly.
Would you adjust the date and time based on the method listed in page 40 of the manual attached again?
Please pay attention to ④. I ask you to set 4 to 5 minutes ahead of the correct time and return it.

Today I received a message saying that they would like to return goods. Does it mean that there are four- minute- time lag in twenty four hours. Sometimes such a case happens when an adjustment between date and time is not made accurately. Could you please try again to do the right adjustment in a way, as per attached file, shown the instruction on p.40. Please note #4. especially.
