24時間で4分のずれが生じているということでしょうか。
こうしたケースは、日付と時刻合わせが正確にされていない場合に起こることがあります。
別添ファイルの取扱説明書のp40に記載の方法でもう一度日付と時刻合わせを試みていただけないでしょうか。特に④のところに注意してください。正確な時刻よりも4～5分進めてから、逆に戻すようにしてください。日付と時刻合わせをしてみても、改善しない場合は、ご連絡ください。よろしくお願いします。

We have received a request for a return today. According to what you observed there's 4 minutes delay per 24 hours, is that correct?

Occasionally the similar incidents occur when date and time are not set accurately.

Do you mind re-setting date and time again and this time please refer to page 40 in the instructions attached, with extra attention to step 4. We recommend you move the hand 4 to 5 minutes ahead then set it at the correct time.
