お送りいただいた商品は、別のボタンが付いています。
アメリカン航空のロゴマークが入ったボタンは古いタイプで値段も高く、私が購入した商品に付いているボタンの方が新しいタイプということでしょうか？

I don't really understand the email you replied.
The item numbered 162477889112 has a button with American airlines logo, but the item you sent has different button. Does that mean the button with American airline logo is an old type which is expensive, and the item I got with that button is a newer type?
