朝から子供が高熱を出しておりましたので念のため、小児科に連れてきております。
診察が直ぐに終わると思いきや、検査にもう少し時間がかかりそうです。
本日は子供の病院が終わり次第の出社になりますことお許しください。

As my child had a high fever since this morning, I have brought him to the pediatrics just to make sure.
I expected the examination will be done soon, but it seems that it would take a little more for the inspection.

My child had a fever since this morning, so I took him to see a pediatrician for safety sake.
I thought the examination will finish soon, however, it might cost some more time than I have expected.
I will head to the office right after my child's checkup is finished in the hospital, please kindly understand.

Because my child have been getting high fever in the morning, I wii take him to pediatrics. Though I think that the diagnosis will end soon , it will take some more time .Please forgive me that I go to the office as soon as the child's hospital ends.I am sorry for the inconvenience.
