朝から子供が高熱を出しておりましたので念のため、小児科に連れてきております。
診察が直ぐに終わると思いきや、検査にもう少し時間がかかりそうです。
本日は子供の病院が終わり次第の出社になりますことお許しください。

Because my child have been getting high fever in the morning, I wii take him to pediatrics. Though I think that the diagnosis will end soon , it will take some more time .Please forgive me that I go to the office as soon as the child's hospital ends.I am sorry for the inconvenience.
