英語教室の内容についてですが、当社のビジネス上の実際の状況を幾つか用意しますので、それぞれの状況での会話を講義して頂けないでしょうか。
毎回の授業でサンプルの中から２～３つの状況を選びそれをテーマに会話するということで如何でしょう。
状況のサンプルを下記します。
スケジュールについては前回同様に2名の受講者が45分ずつ受講することを予定しています。
8回の授業を受けたら次の生徒と交代するのも前回と同様です。火曜に2名・水曜に2名の受講者が参加します。

I understood your schedule to come to our office.
Regarding the contents of the English class, can you please lecture about the conversation in respective scene which we prepare based on our actual business scenes?
How about having a conversation on a few situations selected from the samples in each class?
The samples are as follow.
Regarding the schedule, we plan that two students will take 45 minute lesson respectively one after another in the same way as last time.
After taking eight lessons, a new student will take part in instead, which is the same way as last tie, too. Two students will participate on Tuesday, and two will participate on Wednesday.
