英語教室の内容についてですが、当社のビジネス上の実際の状況を幾つか用意しますので、それぞれの状況での会話を講義して頂けないでしょうか。
毎回の授業でサンプルの中から２～３つの状況を選びそれをテーマに会話するということで如何でしょう。
状況のサンプルを下記します。
スケジュールについては前回同様に2名の受講者が45分ずつ受講することを予定しています。
8回の授業を受けたら次の生徒と交代するのも前回と同様です。火曜に2名・水曜に2名の受講者が参加します。

Regarding details of English conversation, as we will prepare our several situations on business, would you lecture the conversation based on the situation?
What about selecting 2 or 3 situations from the sample in every lesson and converse it as a theme?
I list the sample of the situation.
As for schedule, as is the same as last time, 2 students take a lesson for 45 minutes.
It is also the same as the last time that after taking 8 lessons, next student takes a lesson. 2 students take a lesson on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively.
