ご来社の日程は了解しました。

英語教室の内容についてですが、当社のビジネス上の実際の状況を幾つか用意しますので、それぞれの状況での会話を講義して頂けないでしょうか。

毎回の授業でサンプルの中から２～３つの状況を選びそれをテーマに会話するということで如何でしょう。

状況のサンプルを下記します。

スケジュールについては前回同様に2名の受講者が45分ずつ受講することを予定しています。
8回の授業を受けたら次の生徒と交代するのも前回と同様です。火曜に2名・水曜に2名の受講者が参加します。

Regarding to the curriculum of English class, I am going to prepare some situation of our actual business, so could you teach us the conversation for each situations?

What do you think that you have the conversation about a few themes that is selected from the sample in every class?

The sample of the situation is as follows:

Regarding to the schedule, I am planning to have two participants in a 45-minute-class as same as last.
It is the same as last that if the participants took 8 classes, then changed to next participants.
There are 2 participants on Tuesday, and 2 participants on Wednesday.
